Konstantin R. has extensive work experience in the financial and investment banking industry. Konstantin is currently a Managing Director in the Financial and Technology Group at Perella Weinberg Partners. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director in the Financial Sponsor Coverage and Investment Banking division at BNP Paribas from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Strategic Advisor in Growth Equity at Goji, Origin, Element Alpha, and SMEC from 2017 to 2019. Konstantin also held the position of Executive Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2017 and worked as an Analyst/Associate in Leveraged Finance at Credit Suisse from 2004 to 2010.

Konstantin R. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems in Economy from Tomsk Polytechnic University in 2002. Konstantin then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in General and Strategic Management from the same university in 2004. In addition, they also obtained a Master of Science degree in Internal Auditing and Management from Cass Business School in 2004.
