Cheryl-Ann began their career at Business Supply Group in 2004, where they served as Finance Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, cash management, and inventory management.

In 2006, Cheryl-Ann joined Repsol, a multinational oil and gas company. Cheryl-Ann initially served as a Cost Control Accountant, where they were responsible for analyzing costs and monitoring projects to prevent cost overruns. Cheryl-Ann later transitioned to the role of Analysis & Reporting Manager, where they analyzed actual costs compared to budgets, prepared financial performance presentations for senior management, and ensured the integrity of financial statements.
