David Cotera

David Cotera has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. David worked at Perenco as a Commercial Director from October 2020 to the present. David also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at AMEXHI starting in August 2022. Prior to these roles, David Cotera worked at Petrofac as a General Manager, Commercial Director, and Procurement and Supply Chain Manager from 2011 to 2020. Before Petrofac, they were employed at Schlumberger, where they held roles such as Sourcing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager, and Procurement Coordinator between 2009 and 2011. David Cotera's early career included positions at Exiros, where they worked as a Global Category Manager, Services Procurement and by-product Sales, and Sr. Buyer from 2004 to 2009.

David Cotera completed a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1999 to 2004.
