Kate Lindsay-Bayley has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. 🇬🇧Kate is currently serving as the General Counsel at Perenna since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Legal Compliance and HR at the same company from March 2019 to February 2023. Before joining Perenna, Kate was an Axiom Lawyer at Axiom from May 2018 to June 2019. 🇬🇧Kate also held the position of Vice President at DWS Group from December 2016 to February 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Axiom as a Senior Lawyer from November 2010 to November 2016. Kate's early career included working as In-House Counsel at Ferox Capital LLP from April 2004 to June 2010.

Kate Lindsay-Bayley attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
