Dale Castor

Dale Castor has extensive experience in environmental inspection and archaeology, currently serving as an Environmental Inspector at Perennial Environmental Services since March 2014, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with environmental permitting on FERC-certificated projects. Prior work includes environmental inspection for Blanton & Associates on non-FERC certificated projects and conducting field archaeology for various firms, participating in preconstruction surveys and site assessments in multiple states. Dale Castor holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University, attended St. Peter's High School in Mansfield, Ohio, and has developed a strong background in environmental and archaeological fieldwork throughout a diverse career.
