Dennis O'Brien

Dennis O'Brien is currently the Sr. Environmental Inspector at Perennial Environmental Services, representing Enbridge on the Middlesex Extension Project. Prior to this role, Dennis worked as an Engineering Compliance Inspector at BL Companies, representing Williams on the Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline. Dennis also served as a Utility Inspector at NV5, representing Spectra Energy on various natural gas pipeline projects. Dennis graduated from Clark University with a degree in Geography, Geographic Information Science, and Cartography after completing their high school education at The White Mountain School.
