Ronald Baker is an experienced environmental and utility inspector with a career spanning over two decades in various pipeline and infrastructure projects. Since January 2017, Ronald has worked as an Environmental Inspector for Perennial Environmental Services on the FGT Jacksonville Expansion Project. Prior roles include providing environmental oversight and inspection for significant projects such as the Dakota Access Pipeline and Mariner East Project. Ronald has also worked with companies like Furmanite and A-K Environmental, where responsibilities included monitoring environmental compliance and conducting inspections during construction. Additionally, Ronald has extensive experience with civil engineering inspections for Clay County Engineering, ensuring adherence to county regulations. Ronald completed education at Middleburg High School between 1986 and 1989.
