Matthew Tieman

Matthew Tieman has a long and varied work experience in data architecture and engineering. In 2019, they began working at Perfect Company as a Data Architect and Senior Data Engineer. Matthew also began working at Oregon Health Authority as a Senior Data Architect, where they led the database design of the third generation Child Welfare Information System, known as OR-Kids. In 2018, they worked at Oregon Mutual Insurance as a Principal Data Architect. In 2016, they became Self-Employed as a Principal Consultant. In 2015, they were the Head of Data Architecture and Integration at Health Republic Insurance of Oregon. In 2012, they worked at Concero Group as a Data Engineer, and also at Cambia Health Solutions as a Consulting Software Engineer. In 2011, they were a Consulting Software Engineer at CDK Global (fka ADP Dealer Services). In 2010, they were the Head of Investment Technology / Financial Systems Software Engineering at MD Sass. In 2008, they worked at Fortress Investment Group as a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager / Financial Systems Software Engineer.

Matthew Tieman graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Double Majors in Physics & Applied Physics.
