Ben Ford

VP, National and International Development at Perfect Game

Ben Ford is the VP of National and International Development at Perfect Game. Ben has over 20 years of experience in the baseball industry.

Ben started their career as a professional athlete with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 1997. Ben played for three different Major League Baseball teams before retiring in 2004. Ben then transitioned into baseball scouting and player development. In 2005, they became the National BCS Director for Perfect Game USA. In this role, they were responsible for setting up and running the BCS Finals, which are the national tournaments for Perfect Game.

In 2009, Ben left Perfect Game to join Vemma, a direct selling company. Ben worked as a distributor for Vemma from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they returned to Perfect Game and has been working there ever since.

In 2014, Ben co-founded The Series, a baseball tournament company. Ben served as the VP of The Series from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they left The Series to focus on their role at Perfect Game.

Ben Ford attended Indian Hills Community College and George Washington High School.

Their manager is Brad Clement, Chief Executive Officer. Some of their coworkers include Taylor McCollough - VP, Operations, Andy Ford - SVP, PG Softball, and Nancy Lain - Director of Customer Relations.
