Cédric Klein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they completed a four-month internship as a web developer at Edinburgh Napier University. In 2010, they worked as a Project Manager at CETMEF and as a SugarCRM developer at JCDecaux. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Perfect Memory, initially as an R&D Engineer intern, then as a Head of Professional Services & Project leader, and finally as Chief Operating Officer. During this time, they built a certification program for both internal and external onboarding, and built tools and processes to scale Operations activities. In 2019, they began teaching Web Semantics at the Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand, and in 2021, they began teaching Web Semantics at the Université Clermont Auvergne.
Cédric Klein attended IUT d'Orsay from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a DUT in Informatique and Mathématiques. Cédric then attended Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Ingénierie des Conaissances et des Systèmes d'Information degree in Systèmes d'information.
