Joel Thottan

Joel Thottan is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Perfect Tools Moulds Factory (L.L.C) since February 2018. Previously, Joel gained experience as a Project Intern at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and as an Intern at Tollins Tyres and Kuwait Oil Company. Joel holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Petroleum and Gas Engineering from The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Jyothi Engineering College. Joel's role involves identifying and implementing processes to enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and quality by analyzing current procedures and finding ways to improve them.
