Eduan Goosen

Eduan Goosen has a diverse range of work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Eduan began their career in 1999 as the National Transport Manager for Capespan(Pty) Ltd, a fruit export and marketing company. In 2000, they moved on to Royal Trading Logistics where they served as a Ship Chartering Manager for several months. In the same year, they joined Woolworths Limited and held various roles including Contract Manager - Transport, NSW Transport Manager, Transport Manager - Wyong RDC, and National Operations Manager - Primary (Inbound) Freight. Eduan was later promoted to the position of Transport Manager General Merchandise in 2013. From 2016, Eduan worked at Perfection Fresh Australia as the National Logistics Manager and eventually became the General Manager Operations in September 2017.

Eduan Goosen has a strong education background in economics and transport. Eduan completed their Master of Economics degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Stellenbosch University. Before that, they earned a B.Econ degree at the same institution, with a focus on Transport Economics, Economics, and Business Management. Additionally, Eduan completed an Honours degree in Transport Economics and a Masters degree in Transport Economics, both from Stellenbosch University. Their Masters degree in Transport Economics was awarded with distinction (Cum Laude) and had a specific field of study in Transport & Logistics.
