Kevin D.

Kevin D. started their career in 2013 as the Sales, Marketing and Safety Manager for McGuire Industries. Kevin then moved to Mid-Cities Community Church in 2015, where they served as the Assistant Technical Arts Director. In 2016, they joined Gallagher as a Consultant, and in 2020, they became the Agency Development Manager for Colonial Life West Texas Office. In 2021, Kevin D. took on multiple roles, including Chief People Officer for an Environmental Technology Startup, Producer for the Investor Professor Podcast, and Partner/Cast Member for the TV Series 4 Days to Save the World. Kevin also joined Frost Insurance as a Producer and PerfectQuote as a Regional Sales Representative. Additionally, they have been the Executive Producer & Podcast Host for Leaders and Lagers Podcast since 2019.

Kevin D. obtained their Bachelor of Applied Technology in Organizational Management from Midland College in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Regional Jet Standards Certification from ATP Flight School in 2009. Kevin also obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Professional Pilot from Midland College in 2009. In 2006, they attended Texas Tech University for Civil Engineering. In addition, Kevin D. has obtained multiple certifications, including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2020, The Human Resources Advisory Council and The Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Advisory Council from ExecRank in 2016, General Lines - Life, Accident, & Health from the State of New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance in 2016, General Lines - Life, Accident, Health, and HMO from the Texas Department of Insurance in 2016, and Producer - Accident & Health, Life from the State of Oklahoma, Department of Insurance in 2016. Kevin has also obtained certifications from ExecRank in Being an Effective Director, Developing Communication Skills for the Boardroom, HIPAA Compliance at the Board Level, and Strategic Communication in the Boardroom.
