Karen Thompson

Karen Thompson has extensive experience in account management and sales across various industries, serving in prominent roles at companies such as Perfetti Van Melle, Simmons Foods, Freeosk, Inc., and OtterBox. Currently, Karen holds the position of Channel Team Leader for Walmart/Sam's Club at Perfetti Van Melle since October 2021. Previously, Karen worked as an Account Manager for U.S. Private Brands at Simmons Foods, and held senior and national account management positions at OtterBox and Sterilite Corporation, achieving significant growth in sales and market share. Karen's career also includes a long tenure at Mars, where strategic management of national accounts led to substantial year-over-year sales increases.
