Lore Dortland

Lore Dortland is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, employer branding, and employee onboarding. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner Commercial & General at Perfetti Van Melle since April 2016, Lore has also held roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Officer within the company. Previous HR experience includes positions at Kia Motors Nederland and Delek Nederland B.V., focusing on recruitment, personnel administration, and advising on Dutch HR policies. Lore holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Behaviour & Gender Studies from Lund University, along with another Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
