Mark Hassan has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Mark started their career as a Senior Recruiter at REI in 2010 and later became a Supervisor, leading a team in hiring for the company's contact center and distribution centers. After that, they worked as a Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon through TalentFusion RPO in 2013. Mark then joined Redfin as their Senior Recruiting Manager, where they built and improved various recruiting programs and metrics.
