Mark Norton is currently the Value Engineering and Sustainability Lead for Group RDQ at Perfetti Van Melle, as well as the Senior Manager and Head of NA Gum R&D. Prior to their current role, Mark held various positions at Mondelēz International, including Section Manager of R&D for Gum and Process Innovation, Senior Group Leader for Process Innovation in the Biscuit NA division, Associate Principal Scientist leading a cross-discipline R&D team for a new coffee system, and Senior Scientist in On Demand Coffee Systems and Cheese and Dairy. Mark holds a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
