Mike Koch

Mike Koch, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Current role as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Perfetti Van Melle commenced in July 2022. Previously served as Talent Manager at Meritor and worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Employers Resource Association. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Training Consultant at Gateway Corporate College, where customized training was developed for notable clients such as Toyota of North America. Additionally, Mike operated as an Independent Contractor, creating customer service training programs for clients including Kroger, and served as an educator at New Hope Center and Holy Cross High School. Mike holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Northern Kentucky University.
