Mustafa ILBAS has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and operations sector. Mustafa has held positions at companies such as Unilever, Bel, and currently Perfetti Van Melle. Mustafa'sroles have included responsibilities such as leading supply chain operations, managing factory operations, and overseeing development activities. Throughout their career, Mustafa has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in managing large-scale operations and projects.

Mustafa ILBAS completed their Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Ege University in 1997. Mustafa then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Istanbul Bilgi University from 2006 to 2008.
