Nguyen Thanh

Nguyen Thanh has extensive experience in human resources, serving as HR Business Partner Manager for Perfetti Van Melle since May 2019. In this role, Nguyen focuses on strategic manpower planning, recruitment, training and talent development, compensation management, industrial relations, and daily HR operations. Prior to this, Nguyen held various HR roles at Marico Limited from March 2015 to August 2018, including HR Sales Manager and Senior HR Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed sales recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives. Nguyen began the career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Johnson & Johnson in 2014, laying the foundation for a strong background in HR management across different sectors.
