Thomas Stassen

Thomas Stassen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas began their career as a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry in 1987. Thomas then moved on to work for Reader's Digest Association, where they held the positions of HR Director Benelux and VP Human Resources Europe. In 1998, Stassen joined Philips, where they served in various roles, including Vice President of Management Development, SVP of Human Resources for Consumer Electronics, and SVP of Human Resources for Asia Pacific. After that, they worked for Prudential Corporation Asia as the Chief Officer of Human Resources for Asia. Thomas then joined Alstom Power in 2010 as the SVP of Human Resources, and later transitioned to GE Power as the SVP of HR for the former Alstom Power business. Most recently, Stassen is listed as the Chief HR Officer at Perfetti Van Melle, a position they have held since November 2016.

Thomas Stassen attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1997, where they completed the Kellogg Executive Development Program. In 1987, they obtained an MBA from Nyenrode Business University, specializing in Business Administration. Additionally, they participated in the Supervisory Board - Commisarissen Cyclus 46 at Nyenrode Business University, although the dates of this program are unspecified.
