Neeraj Amin has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Neeraj started their career in 2008 at Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited, where they held various positions such as Sr. Manager - Strategic Account Sales, Sr. Manager-Member Services, and Sr. Manager - Consumer Relations. In these roles, they managed relationships with major PSU banks, conceptualized and sold membership solutions, and developed processes to market commercial products.

In 2015, Neeraj joined Liases Foras as Deputy General Manager - Business Development (Banking), where they focused on acquiring new customers in relevant target segments and negotiating deals for the company.

Neeraj then moved to MATES - Madison Teamworks fp&e Pvt. Ltd. in 2016 as Vice President - Integrated Entertainment Solutions. Here, Neeraj's responsibilities included interacting with CMOs of various brands, selling the idea of using cinema as an advertising medium, and creating promotional ads that promote both the brand and the film.
