Susan Penwell

Susan Penwell has a diverse background in human resources and payroll management, currently serving in this capacity at Performance Home Medical since December 2022. Prior roles include Human Resource Training Coordinator at Warmoth Guitar Products, where responsibilities encompassed performance evaluations and training assessments, as well as mentorship of operations managers. Susan also held various positions at multiple Servpro franchises as Human Resources and Finance Manager, and Accounts Receivable Specialist, in addition to roles at bidadoo and Tacoma Community College. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Conflict Management and Global Peace Building from Pacific Lutheran University and an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom.
