Terry Mitchell

Terry Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and training within the technology sector. Currently serving as Head of Sales Enablement at Perforce Software since January 2023, Terry focuses on enhancing sales team performance through targeted training and streamlined processes. Prior to this role, Terry held the position of Head of GTM Enablement at Privacera, where efforts centered on establishing sales enablement for all go-to-market teams. With nearly two decades at Oracle, including roles as Senior Director of the Sales and Partner Academy and Director of the Enterprise Solution Group, Terry significantly impacted sales productivity and technical readiness for Oracle Cloud Platform products.
