Luis Fernandez

Luis Fernandez, MBA has a strong background in human resources and consulting. Luis is currently the Human Resources Director at Performance Food Group, where they oversee HR operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at LFF Consulting, providing guidance on HR strategies.

Luis also held the position of Human Resources Director at Citizens Inc., where they managed HR functions for the company. Previously, they served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Cargill and Global Human Resources Director at Greenstream International.

Before transitioning into HR, Luis gained management experience as the General Manager at Haddad Restaurant Group. Luis also worked as a Human Resource Manager at Michael Angelo's Gourmet Foods and Reser's Fine Foods, where they handled various HR functions and managed employee relations.

Luis also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from the same university, earned from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they completed a Human Resources Management Certificate (SPHR) program at The University of Texas at Austin in 2013.
