Preeti Johal

Preeti Johal has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Preeti has worked as the Head of People at The Felix Project since April 2023. Prior to this, Preeti served as a Board Trustee at Colostomy UK starting in December 2020. Preeti also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at their own firm starting in January 2022. Preeti held the position of Head of HR & Operations at Catholic Children's Society from November 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they were the Head of HR at Ambition Institute from July 2021 to January 2022. Preeti also gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at Nightingale Hammerson from March 2018 to July 2021. Preeti worked as a Senior HR Workforce Partner at West London Mental Health NHS Trust from January 2017 to March 2018. Prior to that, Preeti worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Nightingale Hammerson from February 2014 to January 2017. Preeti also held various roles at London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, including HR Business Manager (secondment), Senior Human Resources Adviser, Human Resources Management Information Systems Coordinator, and Human Resources Project Coordinator (secondment) from 2007 to 2012. Preeti began their career as an HR Consultant at Royal Borough of Kingston from April 2012 to December 2013.

Preeti Johal received a BA Joint Honours Degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Business Studies from Middlesex University between 2000 and 2003. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued further education at Kingston University, where they obtained a CIPD/ MA/Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. In 2008, Preeti attended London Metropolitan University to complete a Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Level 2 certification in Purchasing and Supply. Finally, in 2010, they attended CIPD to obtain an MCIPD in Human Resources.
