Edgardo Luzcando is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in solutions and delivery management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Solutions & Delivery Management at Performance Improvement Partners since November 2019, Edgardo also holds the role of VP of Technology and CTO at Off Duty Management, where focus is on technology operations for the OfficerTRAK application. As the founder and strategic advisor at Lumensight, Edgardo provides CIO, CTO, and CISO services, aiding clients in IT strategy and governance. Previous leadership roles include managerial positions at NYISO and MISO Energy, and involvement in several boards, including SIM Albany and Latham Circle Soccer Club. Edgardo holds multiple degrees in information technology and human-computer interaction from esteemed institutions such as Harvard Extension School and Indiana University Indianapolis.
