Director of Program Management, Design & Production at Performance of a Lifetime

Kris Cheppaikode has over 20 years of experience in the fields of program management, design and production, story consulting, producing, writing, directing, business development, and digital librarianship. In 2014, Kris became the Director of Program Management, Design & Production at Performance of a Lifetime, a global leadership development and training firm. In this role, Kris led a team of 150 designers and trainers to deliver immersive training experiences around the world and online. During this time, Kris increased profitability by 75% and freed the principals to increase annual revenue by 50%. From 2011-2013, Kris held the role of Co-Leader & Story Consultant at The FIlmShop, Senior Program Manager at Interbrand, and Scientific Program Manager at the ASPCA. From 2009-2011, Kris was a Producer, Writer and Director for NBC, Showtime, Kid Happy & Jaya FIlms. In 2003, Kris became the Project Executive Manager at ESI Design. From 2001-2002, Kris was the Business Development Associate at IconNicholson (now Digitas). Finally, from 1996-2001, Kris was the Digital Librarian at The New York Public Library Map Division.

Kris Cheppaikode attended New York University, studying Digital Cinematography and Project Management. Kris also attended Hunter College, where they graduated Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Arts in Cartography + Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences Honors Curriculum.
