S. Kris Agarwal is a seasoned legal and corporate professional with over two decades of experience in private equity advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and a Board Member at Performing Arts Houston, Kris has held significant roles including General Counsel at Platinum Equity and Managing Director & General Counsel at Lime Rock Partners. Education includes a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and both an MBA and BBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
