Jade Amey

Jade Amey is a dedicated librarian currently working at Mount Clemens Public Library since March 2023, while also serving as a store associate at Third Man Records since November 2022. With extensive experience in the music industry as a photographer and archival professional, Jade operates a self-employed photography business and works freelance. Previous roles include program administrator at OneMagnify, intern positions at Detroit Sound Conservancy and Detroit Historical Society, and various library-related roles at Chicago Public Library, including development of STEM and art programs for teens. Jade holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
