Adam Fry

Adam Fry is an experienced product leader with a strong background in driving product strategy and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Performio since November 2022, Adam previously held the position of General Manager - Product at Xero, where a focus was placed on developing innovative payroll solutions and enhancing user experiences for small businesses globally. Prior roles include Head of Product at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, where responsibilities included managing a comprehensive digital product portfolio, and at Sportsbet.com.au, where leadership efforts centered on optimizing digital product experiences to improve profitability. Adam also contributed to the educational sector as an instructor at General Assembly and has extensive experience in establishing product management practices across multiple organizations. Adam earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering from RMIT University.
