Anna Rothgeb

Anna Rothgeb serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & People at Performio, leading recruitment and people management since February 2021. Prior to this, Anna owned and headed recruiting at SunPeak Recruiting from November 2017 to February 2021, specializing in tech and software recruitment. Experience also includes a role as VP of Sales Recruiting at Tippet, where Anna represented a diverse selection of sales professionals, and previous positions included Director of Hockey for the City of Boise, overseeing youth and adult hockey programs. Anna began a career as a legal assistant for Ada County and holds a Master of Kinesiology from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Manhattanville University.
