Rhonda McGill

Rhonda McGill has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and compliance industry. Rhonda began their career in 1990 as a Community Service Officer for the City of Ann Arbor Police Department. In 1994, they became a Loss Prevention Manager for JCPenney. In 1997, they moved to Community Residence Corporation as an Administrative Assistant. Rhonda then joined Community Housing Alternatives in 1999 as Executive Vice President, where they were responsible for the operations of a 501 (c) (3) non-profit Community Housing Development Organization. In 2011, Rhonda became a Mortgage Loan Officer for PNC Mortgage. In 2012, they joined Quicken Loans as a Director of Compliance and then as a Sr. Team Leader Legal Compliance - Marketing. In 2020, Rhonda joined PerformLine as a Sr. Director of Client Solutions, where they work alongside all departments in the organization to provide regulatory and marketing compliance expertise. Rhonda also hosts industry round tables and moderates webinars to highlight latest developments and trends in the industry.

Rhonda McGill is a Founding Member of Detroit Women in Business for Good, obtained in December 2022. Rhonda is currently attending Bennett College.
