Sam Parker has been in the workforce since 2017. Her first job was as a Front Desk Staff at Massage Envy, where they provided exceptional customer service with a high level of hospitality and professionalism. Samantha (Sam) then moved on to become the Assistant Manager at Massage Envy, where they managed and mentored a team of 8 sales associates, including training new hires and educating all sales associates on new policies and procedures. Samantha (Sam) also resolved client's concerns and disputes, ensuring satisfactory. In 2019, Sam took on an Event Planning Intern role at Wright-Locke Farm, where they organized event logistics, such as scheduling, organizing contracts, budget development and management, staffing and communicating with clients in regards to event needs. In 2021, Sam joined Oracle as an Enterprise Business Development Consultant and was later promoted to Sr. Enterprise Business Development Consultant. Samantha (Sam) is currently employed as a Customer Success Manager at PerformYard.

Samantha Parker attended North Shore Community College from 2016 to 2018, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Samantha (Sam) then went on to attend Boston University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
