Christian Schmid

Christian Schmid has a diverse work experience in various roles within the product management field. Christian started their career as a Product Manager at KUKA Roboter in 2004, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of product strategies. Christian also managed products in the areas of mechanics, control, software, and sensors. At BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, they served as a Product Manager, overseeing the product responsibility for a NoFrost Bottomfreezer Segment in multiple countries. Christian also supported various product projects and assisted in the production relocation process. Christian then joined RÖHM GmbH as the Head of Product Management, where they held this role for two years. Since 2016, they have been working at PERI, initially as the Head of Product Management Excellence, where they qualified and empowered global product managers. Currently, they serve as the Head of Supply Chain Planning and Steering, responsible for product portfolio optimization.

Christian Schmid attended Technische Hochschule Ulm from 1997 to 2004, where they obtained a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Business Engineering).
