Leslie Ou-Lecoe

Leslie Ou-LeCoe has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Leslie worked as a Salesperson at Claire's Accessories, where they were responsible for managing the store, resolving customer disputes, and ensuring the store was well-stocked and organized. In 2011, they joined the University of Portland as a Hydraulic Assignment Grader, where they graded and corrected weekly hydraulic homework for students. Starting from 2011, they joined PERI as a Design Engineer, providing formwork designs for contractors and resolving any on-site issues. Leslie later became a Team Leader, leading a group of three members specializing in mid to high-rise structures. In their current position at PERI, they serve as the Lead Engineer, managing communications, training team members, and handling project deadlines.

Leslie Ou-LeCoe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Leslie received certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) from the NCEES in May 2011.
