Susan Young, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Perimeter Aviation since July 2023, and has been an HR Consultant at Open Road Consulting since June 2017. Previously, Susan held the position of VP Human Resources and Government Services at Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation until July 2023 and was the Director of the Connect Centre, Payroll, and HRMS at Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corporation from January 2017 to April 2018. Prior experiences include Director of Human Resources at Gordon Food Service Canada, Human Resources Advisor at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, Human Resources Generalist at Smith Carter Architects and Engineers, and Human Resources Generalist at Sysco Food Services of Winnipeg.
