Or Naimy Hacham has a diverse range of work experience. From 2012 to 2016, Or worked as a System Administrator at Aminut Printing Solution. In 2019, Or joined The Israeli Ministry of Education as an English Teacher and held this position until April 2023. During 2023, Or also completed a digital marketing internship at Google and Reichman Tech School. From July 2023, Or started working as an Advertising Media Buyer at Perion Network.

Or Naimy Hacham is currently studying marketing at Reichman University, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they attended Kibbutzim College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree. Their field of study at Kibbutzim College was Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor.
