Paul Tanton

Paul Tanton is a Leadership Entrepreneur and the founding Managing Director of U-Vita Pty Ltd, where leadership principles are utilized to nurture both entrepreneurs and leaders. With extensive experience, Paul currently serves as a Director Consultant for BNI Global, a Course Facilitator at Peritum Agri Institute, and a Toastmasters Trainer. Paul has also lectured part-time at Boston City Campus and previously held a faculty position at Regenesys, guiding MBA students in their academic pursuits. As a member of the Sapient Coaching Network, coaching services focus on spiritual, political, and business leadership. Previously, Paul was the Director of Governance and Chairman of the Board at ELDOSEC SECURITY VILLAGE, overseeing ethical practices and compliance. Paul has held various leadership roles within Toastmasters International, advancing communication and public speaking skills across multiple divisions. Paul holds an MBL in Business Leadership from the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership and a BCom in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
