Kasun Madusanka

Kasun Madusanka has a wealth of work experience. Kasun began their career in 2014 as a Business Analyst for Orange Information Technology Services (KPO/BPO/IT). In this role, they collaborated and liaised with global clients and local teams to provide relevant data and guidance for multiple IT projects. Kasun also managed, analyzed client's business requirements and functional specifications for various projects and led internal teams to achieve project goals. In 2015, they became a Software Engineer for RAPIDNAME LTD. In 2017, they took on two roles: Co-Founder of O3 DynamiX and University Lecturer for ESOFT Metro Campus. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer and Operational Manager for GangFY Auto. In 2021, they became a Senior Software Development Specialist for BOI Sri Lanka, and in 2022 they became a Senior Software Engineer for Perituza Software Solutions.

Kasun Madusanka has a diverse educational background. Kasun began their educational journey in 1996, when they attended Seethawaka National College for their Primary Education. Kasun then attended the Science & Mathematical branch of the Ministry of Education for a Field Study Workshop from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they also attended the Wushu-Hubi Kunfu Academy and Provincial Institute of Sport Science for Scout & Cadet from 2005 to 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they attended University College Dublin and earned a Bachelor's degree in MIS, with a Diploma Computer System Design (Distinction) and Higher Diploma Computer Based Information System. Kasun then attended Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) at Sri Jayawardanapura University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have obtained an Information Security Management (ISMS) - Managing RISK- DNV Business Assurance (ISO/IEC 27001) certification from DNV Business Assurance.
