Matthew Horton currently serves as the Manager of Customer Experience at Perkbox since January 2022, having previously held the role of Customer Success Team Lead. Prior to Perkbox, Matthew accumulated significant experience at LogMeIn from April 2016 to December 2021, where roles included Customer Success Manager, Team Lead for Customer Support, Product Support Representative, and User Services Representative. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science with a focus on Health Science from Australian Catholic University, completed between 2010 and 2012, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of New South Wales, a program started in 2015. Matthew is an alumnus of Waverley College, having completed studies there from 2004 to 2009.
