Mazhafizah Sariff

Mazhafizah Sariff has accumulated diverse experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as an Administrative Officer at PERTUBUHAN KESELAMATAN SOSIAL (PERKESO) since July 2023. Previously, Mazhafizah worked as a Transactional Officer at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, addressing customer issues related to Online/Internet Banking and Debit Card services. Prior to that, Mazhafizah gained experience in the same organization as a Pegawai Perantisan, where responsibilities included processing employer applications for the Wages Subsidy Program. Earlier roles include Research Assistant at the University of Malaya, assisting in project management and grant monitoring, and an Internship Trainee at Telekom Malaysia, focusing on data support for Telco business development. Mazhafizah holds a Bachelor’s degree in International and Strategic Studies from the University of Malaya and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
