Kristen Norris

Kristen Norris has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Kristen currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at PerkinElmer, Inc., where they previously held the roles of Chief Human Resources Officer and Sr Director for the Americas Region. Prior to PerkinElmer, they worked at GE Digital as a Sr. HR People Partner, supporting CTOs, General Managers, and Regional Services Directors. Kristen also worked at GE Oil & Gas as a Global Commercial HR Manager and at GE Healthcare Financial Services as a Human Resources Manager. In addition, they have experience at Tyco International and General Electric in various HR roles. Overall, Kristen Norris has a strong background in HR leadership and business partnership.

Kristen Norris obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, with a focus on Microbiology, from Cornell University in 1999. Kristen later pursued a Masters degree in Industrial Labor Relations, also at Cornell University, from 1999 to 2001.
