Jeremy Ochoa has extensive experience in the field of IT, primarily focusing on systems engineering, analysis, and administration. Jeremy started their career at Lockheed Martin Information Technology in 2001 as a Network Engineer, then moved to PAML as a System Administrator/Server Team Lead in 2004. In 2006, they joined Lockheed Martin Information Technology again, this time as a Computer Systems Analyst. In 2007, they transitioned to Perkins Coie LLP where they initially worked as a Systems Analyst and was later promoted to the role of Senior Systems Engineer & Compute/Storage Team Lead. At Perkins Coie LLP, Jeremy was responsible for leading a team of engineers in the day-to-day administration of server, VDI, and storage infrastructure. Jeremy also played a key role in designing and implementing highly-available clustered systems and managing backup systems. Additionally, they successfully executed the migration of the firm's main data center to a new colocation facility with zero downtime and minimal disruption. Jeremy consistently worked towards improving deployment and configuration processes through the implementation of scripting and automation tools.
Jeremy Ochoa earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and General Business from Washington State University in 2000. Jeremy also obtained various certifications including a Certificate in Ethical Hacking from the University of Washington in 2022, a Certificate in Leadership from EDI in 2016, a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington in 2016, as well as certifications from Cisco and Microsoft.
