Rachel Mayerson

Rachel Mayerson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel currently holds the position of Senior Director of Strategic Lateral Growth & Integration at Perkins Coie LLP, a role they have assumed since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cooley LLP as the Director of Strategic Lateral Growth & Integration from January 2021 to June 2023.

Rachel also had previous experience at Perkins Coie LLP, where they held two roles. From July 2019 to January 2021, they served as the Director of Lateral Partner Acquisition. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Lateral Recruitment from January 2018 to June 2019.

Rachel Mayerson attended Madison High School from 1984 to 1988. Rachel then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Penn State University, graduating in 1992. Rachel further pursued their education at Rutgers Law School, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in 1996.
