Laura Eramo

Laura Eramo is currently working at Perkins School for the Blind as the People Operations Director in Organization Development & Culture. Prior to that, Laura held positions as Assistant Director Of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Perkins School for the Blind, Laura worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a Human Resources Representative at Vinfen Corporation, and completed an internship as a Human Resources Intern at MBNA. Laura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Marketing from Merrimack College and a Master's degree in HR Management from Emmanuel College in Boston.
