Throughout their career, Derrick has held various positions such as Network Support Engineer, Middleware Engineer, Desktop Services Team Leader, and more. Derrick's expertise lies in network infrastructure, server support, desktop/laptop support, and IT change management. With a BComm degree from the University of Galway, Derrick Neff continues to excel in their field.
