Chong Toh has had a long and successful career in the financial industry. Chong started out as an economist at GIC, before moving to Morgan Stanley as an investment banking analyst. Chong then spent a number of years at Bangkok Bank in various roles, including vice president of private equity and executive vice president. In 2006, they left Bangkok Bank to join PermataBank as commissioner. Prior to joining PermataBank, they also served as president of Bualuang Securities and director of Asia Landmark Fund.
Chong Toh has a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
