Purusotam Dabbiru

Purusotam Dabbiru has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Purusotam began their career at Amba Research, where they worked as an Analyst and later became an Associate VP in the Equity-Quants division. In 2011, they joined Al-Futtaim Group Automotive as a Financial Analyst and was responsible for implementing financial reporting and budgeting processes. Purusotam then moved to the Landmark Group in 2013 as a Business Analyst, supporting the Group Vice Chairperson in board reviews and investment proposals. In 2014, Purusotam joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Senior Business Analyst for the Middle East and Africa region. Purusotam joined ChampionX in 2016 as a Finance Manager for the Caspian region, handling P&L and balance sheet management, M&A deals, and joint venture performance monitoring. Purusotam later transitioned to the role of Finance Controller for the Europe Supply Chain, where they implemented financial processes and oversaw a network of manufacturing and blending/tolling plants. Currently, Purusotam is the Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A for the Middle East and Africa region at ChampionX.

Purusotam Dabbiru completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from the years 2001 to 2005. Purusotam then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from S P Jain School of Global Management, from the years 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as an ISO 27001 ISMS Internal Auditor from the British Standards Institution in August 2007.
