Miles Landry is a skilled reservoir engineer currently working at Permian Resources since March 2023 and is also a member of the Permian Strategic Partnership. Prior to this, Miles held the position of completions supervisor at Colgate Energy and served as a senior completions engineer at SM Energy Company. With extensive experience as a field engineer at Baker Hughes, Miles specialized in various aspects of completions and well intervention operations, including low BHP nitrogen-assisted frac-plug and casing exits, coil annular fracs, and wellbore construction techniques. Miles is an alumnus of the Texas McCombs School of Business, holding an MBA, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, where participation in NCAA Division 1 baseball led to a Big 12 Championship in 2012.

The Permian Strategic Partnership is a coalition of leading Permian Basin energy companies and University Systems who joined together to work in partnership with leaders across the region’s communities to address current and future challenges to the responsible development of the vast oil and natural gas resources of the Permian Basin. The Partnership seeks to improve the quality of place for Permian Basin families by partnering with local leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to foster superior education, accessible housing, a supportive healthcare system, safer roads, and workforce development.
